Position Title: Community Engagement Coordinator- Health Care Pathways Focus
Reports to: High School Principal

Position Summary:
This person will work closely with the MHS school counseling department, MHS administrators and the ELO coordinator to design and implement a viable healthcare focused career pathway for students. This will include developing community partnerships to support clinical experiences for students and supporting the curricular aspects of the program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a health care related field preferred
- Maine Department of Education Fingerprinting required.
Term and Compensation
This is a 2 year, grant funded position.
Hours are somewhat flexible, 20 hours/week
Rate of pay is $40/hour

Community Engagement Coordination
- Collaborate with the district ELO coordinator to expand community partners and opportunities for Marshwood Students
- Support the development of a healthcare career exploration pathway for Marshwood students
- Collaborate regularly with MHS counselors and administrators
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
